The draft previously referred to as "Release principles" is now called
"Athena Change Policies". I've put it into:
/mit/release/www/change-policy.html
And I would like the Release Team to sign off on it being a real
statement of change policies. (IE I want to have the team ratify the
document before I start circulating it to users.)
Do we need to ratify that at a meeting, or can email work?
