Could you synch the files in /afs/athena/system/config/passwd/rhlinux
with what's currently in /afs/.dev/system/rhlinux/config/9.0.19/etc?
Changes are the addition of an rpc user and a slight reordering.
(...config/passwd/rhlinux and ...rhlinux/config/<version>/etc are really
redundant; the former is used only by the installer, and the latter by
reactivate et al. In the fullness of time, perhaps one of them should go
away.)
