As per our agreement, I've scheduled the two EC3 half hour sessions for
future, non-consecutive, Release Team meetings.
Ed Dolan will visit Release Team and present 'Negotiating expectations'
at 1:00 on Wed., October 31.
Mark Cason-Snow will visit Release Team and present 'How to say "No" to
a customer' at 1:00 on November 14.
The sessions will last half an hour. It is my hope that we'll save more
than half an hour in the future by better skill in these two areas.
