Hi all,
After a bit of troubleshooting, it has now been determined that software
can not be loaded, via a floppy, for SS4 & 5's. The final troubleshooting was
done with Jweiss, where it now appears that the boot floppy image has problems.
Please look into this issue as soon as possible. We now have a few SS4's in
private areas that are in need of software.
The following is what happens when an install is attempted:
1. after replying to the mask
2. after replying to the gateway
3. after putting in the appropriate IP address
The following msg appears:
Requesting Ethernet address 0.0.0.1 Thats it!
