I'm planning on releasing two fixes for the DECstation tonight in
both the Athena and dev cells:
a patch to /etc/rc which fixes the balancing of the sendmail
queue flush over time; it has been noticed from new metrics
that this action is currently causing a fileserver load spike
at 42 minutes past the hour. The effect of this patch on that
spike will be educational.
a patch to elcsd which prevents Satanic probing from causing
elcsd to spin
