That doesn't make sense; Balsa only borrows some support code from
mutt, not the overall architecture. In fact, at first glance it
appears that Balsa, like Evolution and (to some extent) Pine, has the
hardcoded notion of a primary mail store in the native format, and it
may not be possible to configure it to use only a remote mail store
without hackery.
