It would probably cut down on the number of times people were sent to
you if we had the relevant patch ID, and maybe a local copy on file. Do
you have a copy of the patch in hand? Subject to being overruled by
Release Team, I suggest we toss a copy of the relevant firmware upgrade
patch into the install locker.
