The cgiemail form that sent comments from the Watchmaker
page sent them to the long-ago depricated dcns-dev list.
The cgiemail action referred to a template in the
long ago depricated dcnshtml directory.
I've updated the title of the form to talk about "Athena"
instead of "DCNS Dev", and I've pointed the comments at
release-team.
In future, I expect there'll be an athena-dev list of
broader readership than release-team, and the comment
form can be repointed there.
This note serves as a test of the comment form.
