Put me on the agenda for release team as follows:
If the AUI stuff amb wants to discuss is done before 1:45, I'll talk for
15 minutes to help clarify what's up with the "Enhancing Customer
Communication Competencies" that jdb sent to infosys.
jweiss was at the ILEAD meeting I attended so he can help clarify too.
I THINK there's a way to use this mandate in the service of helping us
manage our resources. With luck we can turn this mandate into something
OTHER than just more 'plays well with others' work on top of our
existing overload.
Bottom line: It's not about buttocks in classrooms. It's about better
communication with customers. That's something we ALL want.
