Actually, I would like to ask that Netscape 3 be removed.  As I remember, 
the java support in it isn't, and there are other significant shortcomings 
compared to later versions.  As the EMCC is one of the groups that has to 
write things to work with ALL the supported versions, removing old versions 
would be helpful (gives us a narrower group of necessary tests).
