This reminds me, I don't think mail has gone to locker-maintainers about
new system types yet.  When that goes out, maybe a blurb about
ATHENA_SYS_COMPAT behavior should be included?

So now that most applications run on Athena 9.0 without complaining about
using compatibility mode, do you see any reason to make sun4x_58 and
i386_linux24 links in all the Third Party software lockers? Offhand I
can't think of one but there might be something I'm forgetting...
They would at least be an explicit reminder that someone has updated the
locker to the latest Athena release...
