asked if someone would need to enter a root password if they do a 
ktelnet to a machine with -a off even if they are in the klogin)

That is not good, but dealable.  We should think about a proper solution 
for the summer (since among other things,this means that we cannot use 
ktelnet to the dialups as root since they no longer have a human known 
root password).


I am not sure what has been done, however after talking to Craig 
sometime last week, I think the right answer is to change remote.add in 
the mkserv locker to make the inetd.conf change.  

We can then tell clients that ran mkserv remote and were not happy with 
the results to re-run it, and the Private WS's that have not updated yet 
will get it 'right' the first time.
