I fell through a stale link on the HP Linux pages to an updated
set of pages at the Intel web site. The following link:

takes you to a page with source and binary RPMs that allegedly contain
support for the i810 AND i815 graphics chip sets.
We should investigate these RPMs to see if they offer a simple upgrade
to Athena 8.4, or an appropriate part for Athena 9.0 to enable support
of this current on-board video hardware.
