Bill: I figured that the integration was likely on the software side, but I
wanted to make sure that no one was wasting time on stuff that the vendor
should have done.
Let me know if anyone has suggestions for alternate platforms to look at.
I'm not suggesting that we should rush out and make a change just because
Dell screws up orders now and again. There is no guarantee that the next
vendor will do any better. Rather, if there are choices people would like
to look into, due diligence to insure we're not overlooking something now
and again is a good thing.
