Recently, there have been a few questions in the olc queue about various
internationalization problems on Athena, like sending/receiving e-mail
or copying between netscape and emacs. Has this ever been researched by
I/S? It seems like i18n sort of comes along by chance with things like
netscape and mule in emacs, but maybe some concerted effort could make
things work better.
