Hi Folks,

This is a follow up to the message that Bill Cattey forwarded to this
list. I have been duely warned that this may be either useful
information or bogus trash. That said, this is originating from a
hardware support call for a flaky Ultra10 that is running as an Athena
Private Workstation with AUTOUPDATE=true. (The hardware tech has
never heard of Athena.)

I'd appreciate any feedback. I should be seeing the HW tech Friday
afternoon, 23-Feb-2001.

Thanks,

	--Tom
