We're unlikely to do this.  It's too much work, and I like to apply a
high threshold for having two programs in the release to do the same
thing.

Incidentally, I think the popularity of xmh is because it's talked
about in the Athena documentation, not because you have to add a
locker in order to use exmh.  Even if we had both pine and mutt in the
release, the "Welcome to Athena" folder et al would probably only talk
about one of them; just as the Athena developers don't need the extra
effort of maintaining two mail clients, TPS probably doesn't need the
extra effort of documenting two terminal mail clients and trying to
come up with reasons why users might want to use one or the other.

So, pine it is, I think.  (I'll wait until Wednesday's release team
meeting to confirm that this is reasonable before doing the actual
import.)
