Does anyone know a good reason why we should not allow mount options
dealing with attribute caching, particularly "noac" and "actimeo",
to be specified when attaching an NFS filesystem? Some investigation
Miki and I have done suggests that attribute caching might explain
at least some of the renewal problems reported with KNFS. It would
be nice to get more empirical data by asking users to try, say, the
"noac" option, but currently that requires editing attach.conf.
If there is no reason we have explicitly chosen not to allow these
options, I'll submit a patch which adds them.
