We wound up talking about a couple of release issues.

1. xss
owls is interested in having xss say whether a screen has been locked
due to a deliberate instruction or due to idle time. Greg will make
an attempt at this.
2. Bug-tracking
We aren't putting enough resources into it to be doing a good job.
This is the major problem.
Some bugs are difficult or need more information to debug
(intermittent crashes, etc.). We currently have no way of tagging
these things or chaining multiple such reports together.
Todd is considering becoming bug czar, but hasn't committed.
A few people didn't know about open-bugs@mit.edu, which receives a
weekly list of open bug reports.
