Soon people will begin fetching Linux Athena install floppies.
Some of them will forget to say yes to custom install and to
hand-configure X. Not all of them will have a pointy hat.

Can we put our thinking caps on and come up with a way to get
the Athena install to successfully SEE the monitor, and configure UP to
it's wonderful settings, but to leave a Least-common denominator set of
settings in the XF86Config file?

I'm beginning to get REALLY grumpy about being the one making time to
help Hotline get systems deployed with what they perceive to be a
totally broken X configuration system.
