Bug workaround for the IRIX alpha release

So, for the moment, machines which take the alpha release will come up
and fail to start the X server (it will give you a console login).
Something in the update is setting /etc/config/windowsystem off.  To
make your system happy again, log in as root and run:

       chkconfig windowsystem on

and then log out, and you'll get an X login.  I'll stomp this bug as
soon as I can figure out what's wrong.
