Attending: Anne, Mark, Mike, Craig, Matt (and 15 donuts)
Code for the January Release is coming along well. Current questions
are:
-- the hook for deactivated user
-- /bin/login umask fix
-- finding the text Carla sent for the sendbug fix
Anne has contact names for most of the cluster machines. Plan to have
1 system of each type in W20, and all but 1 system of each type in 37
involved in early testing.
Testing dates: (No changes)
12/19--First testing (rel-eng cell)
1/10--Second testing (Athena cell)
1/31--Release
We discussed having Kevin write up release notes. We think this will
mostly be notes on Emacs 19 status, but postponed the details until
Kevin is in the meeting.
We also discussed putting status reports and other release notes on
the Web.
Craig is going to ask Richard if there is a list of changes on the
client side for the AFS patches.
Despite having Carla, Gary, Kevin, and Bruce out, we ate all but three
donuts.
Next meeting: 12/8, 10:30am, Big Conference Room. Let me know if
