I'd life to suggest that the `rgb files' for each particular platform
be referencable through /usr/athena/lib/X11/rgb.txt, either as a copy
or as a symlink to the apropriate file on each platform. Currently,
SIPB, OLC, instance help, etc. all try to keep track of the location
of the files for each platform and directs users to them. This is
generally a poor solution, and leads to complications when configuring
software, adding (yet another) platform dependance to the software
(and it's build/configuration setup).
