I propose to install bugfixes for the following items for 8.3.28.
* Installing athena-ws blows away syslog.conf
* The login you get when you kill X with C-p is not kerberized
* Cut the excessive verbosity of named console messages
* Root has no dotfiles
* RedHat's lastlog conflicts with consult's
* Run athena cron thingies
* Install config_afs and run it at the proper time
* S80zephyrd cannot find its config file
If there are additional bugs that you think should be addressed in
this patch, or ones you think I should hold off on, let me know.
