I would like the following bug fixes to be the ones for 8.3.27. I
plan to submit proposed bug fixes to the source tree (those which
haven't already been done) on Tuesday, release on Wednesday and/or
Thursday.

<li>Fix cleanup to kill setuid processes too.<li>
<li>Cut the excessive verbosity of named console messages</li>
<li>RedHat's lastlog conflicts with consult's</li>
<li>Make sure xclock is installed</li>
<li>Provide a better solution for the virtual terminals, at least a
message on the disabled terminals</li>
<li>When you hit C-p to xdm, you get switched to vt 0, and hence you
lose; you should land in vt7 which is running the getty</li>
<li>`F3 - terminal style login' reports Unmatched ".</li>
<li>The wrong reactivate script is being installed in /etc/athena</li>
<li>zhm should be called "Athena Zephyr host manager", not "server" in
the startup script</li>
<li>sshd's startup script, on shutdown, reports "printer services",
not "ssh" as the thing being shut down.</li>
