I'm a little bit confused about the exact behavior we're changing
here. I thought that word documents were normally shoved thru
mswordview and lynx -dump to get text. However, the script look like
it will try to use frame if possible. Under exactly what
circumstances would we be switching to StarOffice?
Having Garry deal with the mieutils locker seems reasonable to me.
