OK... we can add an option that add can pass to liblocker to say "you
have to do attach this in the foreground", and then if liblocker gets
that option, and the locker is in NFS, it will strip out "-o bg".
(This would mean that people who say "add bitbucket" in their
.environment might hang while logging in if bitbucket is down, but
they deserve to lose so someone can tell them to fix their
dotfiles...)
