It's not clear to me how (or even if) mkserv applies to a layered
workstation. It seems more relevant to people who do a cluster-like
install and then want to add remote access or something. People doing
a layered install are presumably more on their own for dealing with
adding new services. Or do I mis-understand the intended audience of
the layered install?
