It's worth noting that cluster isn't the only group with requirements
for the install. Most of these heve to do with being able to do a
custom install easily. I'm not sure how this will interact with the
layered stuff, but I don't think they can be written off because of
the existance of the layered install. There are probably several
people in ops that can explain what these are.
