This would be excellent, but I won't be here next week; I'm here weeks
2 and 4 of January. So I think it might be easiest to meet early in
week 4 for vetting the install process. I don't imagine there will be
any serious problems that can't be quickly fixed.
The install timeline I don't have any opinions on or particular need
to be there as long as it doesn't come too soon. ;-) So it's fine to
meet with them next week about that. Whatever you think best is fine
on that front.
