Two modest proposals:

1. Have our netscape script default to setting the user's netscape mail
directory (it's in the preferences) to something under ~/Mail, which avoids
random clutter _and_ the appearance of supporting netscape.

2. This is somewhat gross, but why not have netscape's movemail program do
a permission check on the netscape mail directory.  The advantage of this
is that it deals with users who've already created a sheep-vs-hamsters mail
folder and don't realize that the rest of us can see it.
