system crashes

Hi,
One of our Athena workstations (Rousseau) has crashed twice since Yesterday
(Tuesday). Both time a faculty, remotely (telnet) logged on, was
incorporating his e-mail when the workstation crashed. The message is
something like "Locked Mail drop / mailbox is locked" on his terminal and
then the system hangs.
What we had to do is to reboot the system. Right now everything seems
resumed normal.
I am just wondering if this is related to any bugs in the new release or
the problem with the specific workstation.
