Jonathon says "I guess I made that sound harder than it is". It's not
really all that hard. (Log into each hesiod server, edit a file,
restart named; rather than just logging in to moira and running one
command.)


If we take the "update suns and sgis on different nights" idea, then
we don't need to desync the SGI updates over as large a time, since
there aren't nearly as many of them as there are Suns. That could also
save us some update time.
