Done.
I created and editted /afs/.athena/system/config/passwd/sgi_65/
I set the owner as modes as such:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root other 1339 Apr 22 01:05 passwd
-rw------- 1 root other 502 Apr 22 01:06 shadow
and copied the shadow password entry from sgi_63.
