Check out web/release/www
I grabbed a ton of relevant stuff and pointed to it from there.
I've asked Heather to look at improving on what I drafted.
My hope is that what I pointed to will be somewhat release-independent
so we can use it as a definitive source of info, but not have to update
it every time we turn it around.
Exceptions:
I included (un linked) pointers to the feature set for the current release.
And an (un linked) pointer to the evolving release notes.
Those two items above would change for every release.
