Bug Fixes for the Sun

Miki has put together a handful of bug fixes for the Sun which we'd like
to get out to the field in a very minor patch release. The plan is to
release these changes to beta testers in the very near future (as in
within the next week) and make sure that everything works correctly
before she leaves on vacation.
The proposed changes are:
* Install a working xzwrite. (the current one dumps core)
* Install a synctree which knows how to remove files
* Install a new pageview delivered by Sun which can deal with twm.
* Change to inetd.conf to enable cm
* rshd that defines environment correctly for rcp
* Turn off sendmail daemon by default (Affects /etc/rc2.d/S88sendmail
and /etc/rc0.d/K57sendmail)
* add strings.h to /usr/athena/include (currently missing)
* Fix for talk to make it actually work (ntalk, ntalkd and inetd.conf
changes)
We will not be building the packs from scratch but just patching in the
files specifically for the above changes. Also, the time schedule after
beta test release is still under consideration. It will take a letter
upgrade to implement all of these changes.
