OK, I can run the new attach directly out of the fixes locker. Is this a
reliable place for it in the long run? The README file there indicates that
files there are deleted as they are included in a new release. If I start to
depend on this program, it will break some important scripts if it suddenly
disappears. While I have no problem using the fixes locker, I was originally
instructed to install the new attach in one of our own lockers.
