| 1. Solaris 2.7 will be delayed because there is no AFS available. Transarc
| has not even begun development of a beta. We may consider an IAP release.
| The question is what is the demand -- are there applications that require
| Solaris 7?

Forgive me for asking, but I'm told this wasn't discussed at the meeting:
Do we know Why transarc hasn't begun beta development? Is this something
we should have inquired about when Solaris 2.7 was in its widespread
external beta? Similarly, should we take action now to ensure
that we don't encounter the same problems for Solaris 8 (7.1)?

I find it rather confusing because transarc was certainly on the ball
for 2.6.
