installed Hesiod libraries are not N32

The installed Hesiod libraries for SGI's (in
/usr/athena/lib/libhesiod.a) are O32 and not N32 libraries. We need
to build and install both kinds.
In particular, when using GCC I get the following error:
xgcc -o dir ls.o ls-dir.o ../intl/libintl.a ../lib/libfu.a -L/usr/athena/lib -lhesiod -lresolv
ld32: FATAL 12: Expecting n32 objects: /usr/athena/lib/libhesiod.a(hescompat.o) is o32.
