problems when the release was slow

So, I've heard that things were rather confused this morning,
especially that cluster folks had a hard time finding someone to help
explain what was going on with the release.

release-team: We need to remember to have a designated morning contact
for releases (at least ones as big as last nights). We decided this
sometime in the past, but appear to have forgotten to do so this time.

cluster: If for some reason there isn't a designated contact for this
sort of thing, or you can't find them, or anyone in ops. It is
reasonable to page the ops person on call if there is losage that is
as bad as this mornings appearantly was. Actually, in the case of
this morning, it wouldn't have been completely unreasonable to page
me, since I was the one who put the release out (paging the person on
call is still preferable tho.)
