Oops. Something to remember next year: it's possible that some alpha
machines haven't taken the release yet, so they should get the early
mail too. (This happened to Scott McGuire: his machine mr-jones is
still in the alpha cluster because he never bothered to move it out
after inheriting it from vrt. He knew he was in the alpha cluster, but
didn't know that early was coming out last night.)
