Sorry for the short notice, but:
Tomorrow (Monday) night, 8.1.17 will be released for the SGI O2. This
release upgrades named to a newer version. This is not necessary on
the O2 to avoid the named dying problem that other platforms were
experiencing (which is why it wasn't released for the O2 along with
other platforms.) The reason for doing the release now is to maintain
consistancy among the platforms.
