No, that's not what I meant.  I meant just the libraries contained in
the sunsoft locker.  For instance, we could move all the *.so* files
from ~sunsoft_v5.1/arch/sun4x_56/lib into a subdirectory; that might
be sufficient.

In this case, I think we want to make this change.

In the long term, we might not even be using AFS.  In ths short term,
it's more of an issue if someone replicates lockers somewhere else.
