Hi Chad,
Thanks for summarazing the changes to Latex; that's exactly what I've
been looking for. Things have gotten much clearer to me over the past
week and I think a lot of the initial confusion was simply lack of
information (most importantly about changing $TEXINPUTS).
Bert did indicate that at least two files were accidently left out of
the release, namely nopagenumbers.sty and nopagenumbers.doc. It
would be nice to ensure that there are no other missing files, and I
have sent mail to Bert asking him just that question. Other than
that, things are looking pretty good now.
