Decisions:
	Next week (12/2) there will be a meeting. We proposed that
Greg Hudson run it, and Bill Cattey provide cookies.

We schmoozed at length. Some thoughts for future agenda items:

1. we may want to look at time synch again. jweiss wants to talk to
network folks about it first.

2. there are lots of funky lockers out there. dan will let us know
just how funky, and suggest what we should do about them.

3. we should at least have a small group thinking about AFS
alternatives, replacements, etc. we know at some point we will want
to transition to something somehow--instead of waiting until we're
forced, we should think ahead.

4. nearterm--the RFP will be coming up. We know:
	SGI
		indy's 5.3-> 6.2
		o2	6.3
	Sun
		s5 2.5.1 -> 2.6
		ultra 2.5.1 -> 2.6

should we think about:
	linux
	netBSD
	Dec
	hp

Are there other serious contenders for unix workstations?

5. kcunning will draft a collection of "what will be in 8.2" based on
minutes in the release team discuss meeting.
