1. kermit - we decided that we should import kermit into the release
for 8.2. Bruce has the action of getting the code and importing it.
We'll also build a consistent set and put them into the modem locker.
2. danw mentioned the possibility of having a UROP work on cleaning
up the snmpd situation (part vendor version, part our hack).
3. o2 early testing shows that we have some installed programs
(e.g. acroread) which also exist in lockers. we should think about
the "right way" to handle this -- use the vendor OS, use the locker
version?
4. We're about to enter crunch time (no changes ahead).
