Shouldn't our experience with the project db and brl make this
a whole lot easier than dan suggests?

how much effort is this, really?  it may make better sense to
use blanche as the backend "process" instead of listmaint/mailmaint.

:) The problem is with authentication: there's no way to pass a kerberos
:) ticket over a web interface. We _could_ hack up something using
:) certificates, but it would be just as annoying and difficult to use as
:) WebSIS, and it would take a _lot_ of development effort.
