So, I just put out 8.1.9 in the dev cell. It has the dvips fix, the
new AFS cache manager, the backing store turned off on SGIs, the zip
disk chmod on the SGIs, and some other things. When should we put
this out in the Athena cell? I'd like to say this coming Monday, but
that might be a bit short. If it's going to be this coming Monday, I
should send out release-announce mail ASAP, so speak up if you don't
think that's a good idea.
