I believe I've fixed this. There's a new mountd binary in
/afs/.athena/system/mkserv/arch/sun4x_55/support/knfs/usr/local/lib/nfs/
(note the . before the athena) which should fix it. (By the way, I
think the exact behavior of the broken one should be that mountd dies
exactly an hour after you start it. Does that seem right?)

Fixed in the mkserv locker.

Fixed in mkservdev, but not yet propagated to the mkserv locker. With
both of these last two, fixing them by hand should have worked fine,
and next time you take an update, they should stay fixed.

Not sure about this one... I'll have to look more at what the DEC one
did.

Hm... that's weird. Miki (the person who did most of the kernel
hacking for knfs) isn't in today, but I'll forward this to her.
