Accomplishments for the past period:
- continued scope & charter discussions
- created new mit.edu lists for public, private & archive purposes;
  Note: the team's new official email address is printdel@mit.edu
- held good discussions regarding secure printing issues
- obtained signatures for the Moore contract and scheduled a meeting
  with Moore & the team
- produced draft requirements lists for Copy Tech, data center and
  Athena printing
- Cecilia, Kip & Dave (Lambert) met to kick-off business modeling work
- identified and began negotiations for a replacement team member
  (see team dynamics)

Goals for the coming period:
- obtain a commitment for a replacement team member
- continue project scope discussions, followed by discussions re
  project deliverables
- massage the Copy Tech, Athena & data center requirements lists into
  three sections - currently provided, new "must haves" and wish list
- perform a gap analysis on the three requirements lists
- review Pismere business modeling effort (carry over)
- "ratify" our guiding principles re secure printing (carry over)

Team dynamics:
 Dave Lawless announced his departure from MIT after 20+ years.  We
 will miss his valuable input and assistance on the project.  Potential
 replacement candidates have been identified, and negotiations for a
 new team member are underway.
